#9805 - Tintype of Spooky Private with Shoulder Scales This is a 1/6-th plate tintype of a Union private wearing a frock coat adorned with brass shoulder scales. Despite his pink cheeks and smile, he still seems a bit spooky to me. There is no ID known. He comes in a full leatherette case with original brass mats. Slight ring of solarization around oval mat opening, but trooper not affected. Cool!
