#8531 - Tintype of Union coronet player at log fortress
This is a cool tintype of a Union coronet player posed with a dashing hand on hip as he displays his coronet, standing outside a wood hewn fortification or cabin. He has a taller kepi and oval belt plate which dates him to Civil War rather than Indian Wars. No ID known. Slightly dark on contrast. The last photo posted here looks most like it in natural room lighting. No location known. Black backed CW era tin plate. 3" by 2".
