#7698 - 1864 Newark New Jersey Newspaper War News This is an original 4 page issue of the July 20th, 1864 newspaper the Newark Daily Advertiser (NJ). Has many period remedies and ads, as well as war news. Entries about Lincoln, the Draft in NJ, Grants army, the Chattahotcie... This paper had been bound into a library ledger, so when removed from edge twines & glue, it has fraying of left edges, along with small tears. There is a waterstain on pages too which is easily seen in photos. But all sold for cost of a Happy Meal! Why not own & read a read civil war collectible rather than getting more corpulent? About 23 by 18".
