#5531 - Big 1/4-Plate Tintype of Two Union Comrads This is a larger 1/4-plate sized tintype of two Union soldiers in their kepi's sitting at a studio table. Their buttons, rings and pocket watch chains are highlighted in gold accents. They fought together and chose to be eternally immortalized together. There are some minor scratches and crackling here & there to emulsion but overall intact. Good clarity and fine contrast. Sadly, no soldier IDs. Comes in original glass and brass mats but no case. Write if wish more details or pictures sent your way. Quarter plates are tough to find. 4 1/4" by 3 1/4"
