#5210 - Williams Cleaner- Type 2 This is a Williams Cleaner bullet that was meant to be occasionally fired from a musket to "clean" out grit inside the tube. There was a metal base plate attached that would drag as a kind of internal scraper. It could also be used as a bullet to knock down the enemy. These longer versions do not have the base plate that was lost in the firing process but the lead connecting stub can still be seen. I have 4 of these which vary slightly. All have some nicks and dings. Price and shipping cost is for one (1) bullet.
