#16950 - Dug Union soldiers US Beltplate beaten by War This is a Union "US" beltplate that was damaged by war and time spent underground until recovered. Has rim splits to brass face. Dark brown patina. Lead loss around periphery at rear. Hook and two arrowhooks are still there. No site known.
