#16083 - Series 1862 Confederate States $100 Note This is an original Series 1862 Confederate $100 bill with cool vignettes of a period locomotive, as well as a slave girl with cotton basket on her head. Back has ink-written note "Interest paid to Jan'y 1/63". It is hand-numbered (11667) and ink-signed at Treasury. Some edge nips to note and usage wrinkling. No big holes or tears to center. Nice.
