#15616 - Smashed Flat US Beltplate from Centre, Alabama This is a standard Union US beltplate with arrowhooks. Looks like it was run over by a wagon or cannon wheel. The rear hooks are pressed flat into rear lead fill. Has a medium brown patina with dents and dings to brass face.
