#15565 - Quarterplate Tintype of Unibrow with silver badge This is an original Civil War quarter-plate tintype of a Union private with a glum stare to his Unibrow. He sports a silver shield medal on his frock coat. No ID yet known. Contrast is dark although clarity is good if lit up. There are multiple wrinkles to the tin plate. Two nail holes in upper corners with which his once was unceremoniously tacked bare to a wall. No mats or case. Priced accordingly.
