#14977 - CW era Saddle Shield McClellan Saddle out West This is a very nice brass Union saddle shield for a CW era McClellan saddle. It is sized "11 1/2 Inch seat". This came with a collection of relics from Fort Bayard, New Mexico. Likely brought from Eastern Theatre during or just after Civil War.
