#10255 - War Torn US Beltplate from Civil War This is a dug Union enlistedman's brass "US" beltplate from the Civil War. It is dug. It has curled edges with some tiny face splits and rim loss. The hooks on back and most of lead are intact. Nice light brown patina to face. Great paperweight or gift.
