This is an official Union "Subsistence Form" from December 5th, 1863 which was filled out by Captain Geo. Thompson at Brandy station. It lists costs of Pork, Ham, Potatoes, Apples which were purchased. Signed in ink. Has traces of old tape on back. Nice for framing.
